Equipment Solutions Account Manager (ESAM - Outside Sales)

The ESAM position is focused on outside sales to meet an increasing demand of the products and services offered by Yale/Chase in the greater Los Angeles/Inland Empire area. This position offers an existing portfolio of customers to call on, as well as a lead-generating service that will feed additional leads and can set appointments on behalf of the ESAM with prospects that are discovered along the way. 


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proven track record that includes at least three years of inside/outside Business-to-Business sales (experience in the materials handling industry is not required)
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Skilled in the organization and management of time, efforts, and resources
  • Able to work independently and provide superior customer service with a positive and friendly attitude
  • The ideal candidate will be driven to succeed and have a strong desire to have completely satisfied customers
  • A good driving record is mandatory

  • First year compensation will range between $36,000 to $55,000 on average, with the second year averaging between $50,000 to $75,000. 
  • Successful ESAMs will cross the $100,000 annual compensation mark in the third or fourth year in outside sales.
